:> Rector gives Welcome Speech
The Rector of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Arc. Tokunbo Fowode has congratulated fresh and returning students on their qualification to start the new session in good condition of mental and physical health. In his words"I want to welcome all our dear students to the Polytechnic after the yuletide and end of year breaks which incidentally marked the end of the Institution's 2005/2006 academic session.
Let me in particular welcome back our returning students back to Campus for the 2009/2010 session. I do hope you enjoyed your break and I am sure you are now prepared to continue your noble search for the Golden Fleece. You must remember that the beginning of a task is not as onerous as the fortitude and forbearance required to keep at the task until the very end. May you continue to be a beacon of lights to the generation of students following your trail.
To our prospective students, you are equally welcome. You are coming to the Polytechnic at a time that the Institution is witnessing a total turn around for the ultimate in all facets of its life through the strategic management plan which is now on course.... The full text of his speech can be found on the Welcome page. Once again, we want to say to all of us "You are welcome!" |
